摘要
针对传统光纤拉力测试装置的不足,设计并实现了一种基于TMS320F2812的光纤拉力自动测试系统。文中阐述了系统的技术要求及工作原理并给出了相关的软件设计及流程图。测试结果表明系统运行可靠,效率和精度高。测量装置将传统的传感器技术与现代化的数字信号处理(digital signal process,DSP)技术结合,为同类型的设计提供了很好的参考。
A fiber tension testing system which is based on TMS320F2812 is designed to overcome the deficiencies of traditional devices. This article elaborates on the system's technical requirements and principle first, and then gives relevant software designing specifications and flowing chart. The results indicate that the system is reliable, efficient, and accurate. In this test device, the traditional sensor technology is combined with the modern digital signal processing (DSP) technology and making it a perfect reference for similar designing.
