摘要
基于恒定的温度(23℃),试验研究相对湿度对原纸环压强度、纸箱抗压强度的影响,拟合出相对湿度与原纸环压强度指数的关系方程;并修正凯里卡特公式,获得基于环境相对湿度影响的瓦楞纸箱抗压强度计算方法。结果表明,提出的凯里卡特修正公式能较准确的反映环境相对湿度对瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的影响。
The influence of relative humidity on the ring crush resistance of paper and compressive strength of corrugated box at the constant temperature (23℃) was studied. The equation of humidity and ring crush compression index was fitted after analyzing test results. Based on Kellicutt formula, the modi fied Kellicutt formula based on the influence of relative humidity was established. The result showed modified Kellicutt formula can describe the changing of corrugated boxes ' compressive strength with relative humidity exactly.
