基于HLPC法检测食品罐内NOGE及其衍生物的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定食品罐内NOGE及其衍生物,该方法在0.4-2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9996,回收率为96.83%,相对标准偏差RSD范围在0.9%~1.2%之间,表明该方法精密度高,重现性好,适合于NOGE及其衍生物的检测。可为我国建立相应的检测方法提供参考。 We detected NOGE and its derivatives in food cans with HPLC. The method have a good linear relationship at the range of 0.4 - 2μg/mL, with correlation coefficient r = 0. 9996, average recovery 96.83%, relative standard deviation RSD at range of 0. 9%-1.2%. It was showed that the method is high precision, good reproducibility, and suitable for detection of NOGE and its derivatives. The purpose was to provide reference for establishment of correlative detection method.
