摘要 针对制浆造纸白泥煅烧过程的大滞后、时变、非线性等特点,以及不确定干扰因素多的实际情况,将具有自学习、自适应功能的神经网络PID控制器应用于白泥回转窑控制系统中,通过在Matlab环境下的计算机仿真,结果表明该控制算法响应快、超调小,该控制器具有实用性和有效性。 The characteristics of incineration process of lime mud were analyzed, which were great lag, changing with time, nonlinear, and multiple uncertain interfering factors. The neural network PID controller that has the capability of self-studying and self-adapting was used in the lime mud rotary kiln system. It was found in Matlab simulation that the controller could obtain faster response and better performance, so the practicality and validity of this new controller for lime mud rotary kiln control were proved.
