摘要 为了考察燃烧器系统内复杂的气固两相流动行为,使用三维造型软件solidworks和CDF仿真软件FLUENT完成了对燃烧器的三维造型及性能仿真,使用κ-ε湍流模型和simple算法。差分格式均采用二阶迎风差分,求解代数方程采用三对角矩阵TDMA逐线迭代法。对燃烧器内流场的变化进行了数值分析与仿真,得到内部流场的分布图,分析了旋风道的扩口角度、扩口长度及旋流强度对回流区大小和长度的影响,得到了不同冷态工况下的回流区的分布情况,总结了燃烧器冷态流场分布的规律性,为后续的燃烧工况的研究提供了理论依据。 In order to investigate the complicated turbulence behaviors, a 3-D modeling soft-ware Solidworks was used for generating a 3-D model and CFD simulation software FLUENT was used for simulating the air flow in a rotatory kiln. The simulation was based on κ-ε turbulence model and Simple algorithm. In addition, second-order up-wind difference was used for finite difference formulation. TDMA iteration method was used for solving algebraic equations. The variation of flow field inside rotatory kiln was simulated in order to obtain intemal flow map. At the same time, the effect on the size and length of recirculation zone by flaring angle, the intensity of eddy current and flaring length were investigated. Therefore, the distribution of recirculation zones was obtained under different cooling conditions. The distribution of coal flow field provides a basis for further study.
