摘要
为把握异齿数较同齿数对外啮合齿轮泵困油现象的改善效果,从分析直齿外啮合齿轮泵的困油现象入手,采用扫过容积的方法,以主动齿轮的啮合长度为变量,建立异齿数下齿轮泵困油容积和困油容积变化率的公式,为后续计算困油压力仿真做好先期准备工作。结果表明:保持泵体积不变时异齿数与同齿数下两者的困油周期是不同的;主大从小的齿数组合较同齿数对改善困油现象比较有利。
To understand the phenomenon of trapping oil by different teeth numbers over equal teeth number, a formulation for the trapping volume and its variation ratio in pump with different teeth number is derived, which uses the engaging length of driving gear as a variable and is based on the method of sweep volume. Case study shows that the trapping circles of both different teeth number and equal teeth number are different when the pump volume remains constant. Also, comparing with equal teeth number, the combination of driving gear with less teeth and driving gear with more teeth proves to be more effective in improving trapping oil phenomenon.
