摘要 针对国内外丰富的褐煤资源及其在利用中存在的问题,阐述了发展褐煤无粘结剂热压成型的重要意义。通过对褐煤无粘结剂热压成型重要影响因素-成型温度和成型压力的分析,试验结果表明,型煤的抗压强度随成型温度的上升先增大后减小,即每种褐煤均存在最佳的成型温度,褐煤的失重率随成型温度的上升而增加,但其速率的变化是受褐煤煤质控制的。型煤的抗压强度随成型压力的增大而加强,但其防水性与褐煤的煤质有关。 The relationship between molding temperature and molding pressure, which are two important tactors affecting lignite bindedess hot pressure molding, is investigated in this study. The results show that the compressive strength increases with the increase of molding temperature at early stage and then decreases afterward. It indicates that a specific type of lignite has an optimal molding temperature. The weightlessness ratio of lignite increases with the increase of molding temperature, while ratio change is controlled by lignite quality. Briquette compressive strength is strengthened with the increase of molding pressure, while the waterproofness is affected by lignite quality.
