摘要
结合南水北调东线工程金湖站贯流泵装置,采用基于LabVIEW的压力脉动测试方法对叶轮和导叶内水流的压力脉动进行测试,对压力脉动信号进行幅域、时域和频域三方面的分析处理,据此提出机组投运早期尽早测量叶片固有频率等减小压力脉动的措施,有利于贯流泵性能的提高.
Combining with tubular pump units of Jinhu pumping station in South-to-North water diversion (East Route), this paper tested and analyzed the pressure pulsation data of tubular pump in amplitude-domain, time-domain and frequency-domain. It also discussed the way to minish the pressure pulsation, such as testing the frequency of the parts early in operation. All these provides the way to improve the performance of the tubular pumps.
