摘要 针对某型号轿车二维造型图,提出一种基于二维几何特征的轿车车身三维造型设计方法.利用CATIA V5软件中的sketch tracer模块获得几何特征曲线,结合产品外形情况,进行三维建模.探讨轿车车身曲面分块方法及其涉及的关键技术,总结出轿车车身创新设计的一般思路和方法:先将二维图导入CATIA软件形成车身外形图体系,然后对车身曲面分块,再进行车身各独立曲面的造型设计,最后装配在一起,形成车身整体曲面.该方法简化了设计过程,缩短了产品开发周期. A method of car body modeling is introduced by a kind of two-dismensional picture obtained. In combination with the shape of auto body, the model design is based on the geometry characteristic curves, which are obtained from the sketch tracer model pieces in CATIA V5. The segmentation of car body and the involved key technologies are studied. The general mentality and method in innovative design of car body are summarized as follows: putting two-dimensional picture into CATIA to form the shape system of body first, dividing surface into chunks, modeling every independent body surface and assembling to form the whole body surface finally. This method simplifies the design process, shortens the product development cycle.
