某钢铁企业男性职工酒依赖状况及影响因素的研究

Epidemiological study of alcohol dependence among male workers in integrated iron and steel works in Anhui

目的 探讨钢铁企业男性职工酒依赖状况及影响因素。方法 选择某钢铁企业部分车间 (焦化、炼钢、运输部、自控所 )男性职工进行问卷调查。结果 共收集 76 8份有效答卷 ,酒依赖 Audit量表筛查阳性率为 13.8%。单因素分析表明 :不同年龄、车间、工种、工龄、文化程度、经济状况、婚姻状况、夫妻感情等均对酒依赖筛查阳性率有明显影响 ,并存在显著性差异 ;吸烟与酒依赖筛查阳性关系密切。

Objective To survey alcohol dependence pre valenceand risk factors of male workers in iron and steel complex.Me thods Alcohol dependencewas screened by Audit Questionnaire.Results Positive rate in alcohol dependencescreening was 13.8% (106/768).There was signifeicant correlation between positive rate of alco holdependence and age, workshop, type of work, seniority, education, economical level, marriage, mutual affection ofconjugality and smoking. Alcohol dependenc e was somewhat associated with some psychological factors.Conclusion Alcohol dependence influence on health must not be neglected.
