恐吓孕鼠对子鼠成年及老年期行为学影响的跳台实验研究

Influence of frighteningpregnant mice on behavior of filial generati on in adult and geriatric stage through jumping platformexperiment

目的 观察恐吓孕鼠对子鼠学习、记忆反应能力的影响。方法 用猫不同程度恐吓孕鼠 ,造成“恐伤肾”的母鼠模型 ,对其子鼠在成年期和老年期 ,经过学习训练后 ,分别于次日和当日下午用 2 5～ 45 V电压给 MG- 2型 Y迷津通电 ,电网中间放一无电跳台 ,进行逃离电网的跳台试验。结果 1.成年子鼠重度恐吓组从放入电网到跳上跳台的时间为 147秒 ,明显长于轻度恐吓组的 5 1.2 5秒和对照组的 5 4.92秒 ;电网通电 2分钟 ,重度恐吓组子鼠在跳台上停留时间显著地短于另两组 ;2 .轻度恐吓组与对照组的成年期子鼠跳台试验结果相似 ;3.老年期子鼠轻度恐吓组上跳台的时间为 35 .81秒 ,明显长于对照组的16 .81秒。结论 恐吓孕鼠会损害子鼠的逃生行为反应速度 。

Objective To find out the influence o ffrightening pregnant mice on filial generation's abilities to learn, memorize an d react.Methods To form “fearing hurted kidney” model by frighte ning pregnant mice by cat indifferent degree.After training their filial genera tion in adult stage and geriatric period in the morning,undertook the jumping platform experiment in the afternoon and the next day separately.Electrified nets of MG 2 Y style maze with 25～45velectricity,and provided a insulated platfor m in the middle of the maze which served as a place for mice to escape from theelectricity. Results 1.Adult filial mice of severe frightened group use d 147sec.to escape tothe platform,obviously longer than that of mild frightened group(51.25sec.) and control group (54.92sec). The time they onthe platform we re also shorter than other two groups;2.Adult filial mild frightened group have not different result with controlgroup;3.Geriatric filial mice of mild frighten ed group took 35.81sec.to escape to the platform clearly longer than control group(16.81sec.) Conclusion Frightening pregnant mice would d ecrease speed of escapereaction of their filial generation,and how serious the decrease would be is related to the degree of frightening and training ageof th e filial mice.
