从社会的发展谈人格的培养

摘要 综观今日之中学教育,仍未跳出其应试教育的怪圈:一是没能对学生施行全面的素质教育,二是教师的作用,未能充分体现教育的社会职能,只起着头痛医头,脚痛医脚的消极作用,忽视了学校的培养目标,忽视了对学生人格的塑造和培养.为此,教育的社会功能发挥,不能是片面的、部分的、盲目的、缺陷的,教育追求的目标不应该是简单化、近视化、短期化的,而应该是能充分体现教育本质,具有长远基础的人格养成活动.特别是现代人格铸造活动,应是中学教育的基本动力和运行流程. Nowadays middle school education has not come out of the strange circle of examination-oriented education one the one hand, the current education has not carried out all, round quality education among students; on the other hand, the current education has not demonstrated the teachers role as education's social function, just played the negative role and overlooked the school's cultivation objective and forming and cultivation of student's personality. The playing of educations social function can't be unbalanced, partial, blind and defect; education objective can't be simplified, short-sighted and short -termed, but to fully demonstrate the nature of education with long-term personality cultivation activities. What's more, modern personality cultivation should be the basic drive and running process of middle school education.
