摘要
近年各类安全事故接连不断的发生，听到关于安全事故的报道和消息，看到安全事故现场的惨烈图片，实在是心存余悸和惋惜。如何降低安全事故发生率，把安全生产放在施工项目管理的重要位置上，形成必要、可行、适用的现场管理制度，准确及时地对危险源进行识别和有效的控制以及现场的事先安全培训、事中安全管理是相当重要的工作，对减少安全事故的发生有着重要的意义，是施工项目管理成功的关键因素之一，也是职工生命安全得到保障的重要前提。
It is fearful and pitiful when hearing accident news and watching pictures of accident scene. I think following measures are feasible and meaningful to reduce the probability of accident. First, paying special attention to safety production in project management and forming essential feasible and applicable site management system; second, recognizing and controlling risk sources accurately, timely and effectively; third, enhance preconditioned safety training and safety management during the process, because it has impor- tant meaning to reduce safety accidents and is one of the key factors of successful project management, also is an important premise to ensure life safety.
