摘要
通过在首秦、迁钢、太钢、宣钢、京唐等高炉喷煤建设工程中的设计实践,介绍了近年来高炉喷煤技术的应用与发展情况,总结分析了达涅利一康力斯等国外公司的先进喷煤技术、装备的特点,对国外喷煤技术在工艺、设备等方面出现的一些问题进行了分析与探讨,针对这些问题在设计实践过程中进行了改进,提出了新的喷吹风流量的计算公式,对各类喷吹设备、喷煤支管路由布置等一系列改进的技术思路与实际应用结果进行了总结。浓相输送技术有在工程中逐渐推广的趋势,结合京唐工程的设计,提出了配套设备对喷吹工艺可能造成的影响等两个值得关注的问题。
Presents the application and development of blast furnace pulverized coal injection technology in recent years through design practices in the construction of blast furnace pulverized coal injection projects for Shouqin, Qiangang, Taigang, Xuangang and Jingtang, summarizes and analyses the advanced coal injection technologies and features of equipment of foreign companies like Danieli Corus, analyses and discusses the problems occurred in the aspects of process and equipment with foreign coal injection tech- nology and modifications were made to these problems in the design practices, raises new calculation formula for injection wind flow and summarizes technical philosophy and practical application result for all kinds of injection equipments and arrangement of coal injection manifold route. Dense phase conveying technology has the trend to be more and more adopted in projects. Two attractive issues like the potential influences that the matching equipment may bring to the injection process are presented in combination with the design of Jintang project.
