挪威疥疮1例

A case of Norwegian scabies

报告挪威疥疮１例。患者男，６５岁，头皮、颈肩、胸背、上肢、手背大片厚层痂皮，不易刮落，阴囊部抓痕，散在结节。瘙痒不明显。痂皮处疥螨成虫、虫卵镜检（＋）。外用硫柳膏治愈。

A 65 years old man suffered with Norwegian scabies was reported. There are crusted purulent lesions over the scalp, limbs and hands, there are also some nodules on the scrotum and breast penis. but no itch sensation at all. Scrapping smear showed there are lots of Sarcopet scabies in the lesions. The diagnosis was confirmed and response to the sulfur and salicylic acid ointment treatment was very well.
