多项指标检测对渗出性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断价值

Value of differential diagnosis value of multiple indexes in pleural effusions

目的探讨良恶性胸腔积液的临床实验特点。方法将83例渗出性胸腔积液分为结核积液组(良性)和癌性积液组(恶性),检测患者胸腔积液三项指标水平。结果两组胸腔积液患者腺苷脱氨酶(ADA),癌胚抗原(CEA)及胸水LDH/血清LDH(乳酸脱氢酶(LDH))、均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论胸腔积液ADA,CEA及胸水LDH/血清LDH水平检测对鉴别渗出性胸腔积液性质有较好的临床实用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical test characteristics of benign and malignant pleural effusion. Methods 83 cases of different causes of pleural effusion can be divided into two groups ： benige group of tuberculous empyema and malignant group of earcinema empyerna. The three index marks of thoracic empyema were detected in the two groups. Results ADA, CEA and exudation LDH / blood LDH activity in the benign exudation group were significantly higher than the other group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Detecting the level of ADA, CEA and exudation LDH/blood LDH is valuable for identification of the nature of exudative thoracic empyema.
