河北省环省会城市群发展对策研究

Countermeasures of the urban agglomerations around the capital city of Hebei province

河北省冀中南地区正处于经济高速增长和城市化快速发展时期,城市群将成为这一地域发展的主要形态。河北省环省会城市群的空间结构应采取"一核两区、一主两副"的轴带式发展模式。其城市群发展应建设成为:以石家庄为核心城市,以邯郸为副核心城市,以邢台、衡水为次中心城市,以10个县级市、39个县城镇和20个重点镇为地方性城市的功能体系。

As urban agglomerations become denser in the middle and south of Hebei province, they take the shape of axle around the capital city of Hebei with a center, two regions,one main and two supplements. Namely,Shijiazhuang serves as the center, Handan as sub-core center, Xingtai and Hengshui as sub-cities, in addition to 10 county-leveled cities,39 counties and 20 key towns as outer circles.
