将ISO9000质量认证体系引入高职院校的管理中,迫切需要建立与其管理体制相适应的院校质量文化。其质量文化建设可以通过提炼核心价值观念,将质量文化建设制度化,加强对质量文化的宣传和传播,加强制度建设四个方面进行。

With the introduction of ISO9000 quality certification system into the management of higher vocational colleges, it is urgent to establish relative college quality culture to adapt to it. Quality culture can be constructed through four aspects, which are refining of core values, institutionalizing of construction, enhancing, disseminating and concentrating on institutional improvement.
