甘利欣和强力宁治疗银屑病及湿疹的疗效比较

Comparison of 18α glycyrrhizic acids and 18β glycyrrhizic acids in the treatment of eczema and psoriasis

对比观察了甘利欣和强力宁治疗银屑病和湿疹的疗效。将１５４例银屑病和湿疹病人分成甘利欣（７４例）和强力宁（８０例）组，采用统一的疗效评定标准进行观察并进行统计学处理。结果显示甘利欣和强力宁治疗银屑病和湿疹的疗效分别达到８６．４８％和７１．１５％，甘利欣的疗效优于强力宁，经χ２检验两组疗效相差非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），平均治愈时间甘利欣组比强力宁组平均缩短５．２天。由此得出结论为甘利欣治疗银屑病和湿疹的疗效优于强力宁。

This article reported the comparison of 18α glycyrrhizic acids and 18β glycyrrhizic acids in treatment of eczema and psoriasis. One hundred and fiftey four patients with psoriasis and eczema were divided into two group and the same criterion was applied to evaluate effect. The results showed that the improved rate effect of 18α glycyrrhizic acids and 18β glycyrrhizic acids in treatment of eczema and psoriasis was 86.48% and 71.15% respectively (P< 0.05). The average curative time in 18α glycyrrhizic acids group was shorter by 5.2 days than of 18β glycyrrhizic acids group. The conclusion was that the effect of 18α glycyrrhizic acids in treatment psoriasis and exzema was better than that of 18β glycyrrhizic acids
