试论职业院校就业信息交互高速通道的构建

On the Construction of High-speed Channel of Employment Information Exchange for Higher Vocational Institutes

劳动力市场固有信息不对称,企业招工难与职业院校毕业生求职难的矛盾并存。在经历了金融危机之后,职业院校毕业生的就业压力骤增。学校就业部门依托政府机构和社会团体,汇集各类信息资源,在企业和毕业生之间建立信息交互高速通道,是提高毕业生就业率的重要手段。

The inherent asymmetry information in the labor market worsens the contradictions between busi-ness recruitment and vocational graduates＇ difficult job hunting. After the financial crisis, the graduates of vocational schools have to face a pressure in job hunting. The schools should rely on the employment sector of the government and community, and bring together all kinds of information resources, businesses and graduates in the establishment of the high-speed access to information exchange to raise the employment rate of graduates.
