摘要
针对中低端数控铣床无螺旋线插补、大口径螺纹加工不便的情况,在分析常用螺纹加工方式的基础上,选取合适的方式,折线拟合螺旋线的路径,得出精度控制变量,以满足加工精度的要求;并采用编制宏程序的方法实现大口径螺纹的铣削加工,从而提高中低端数控系统的性能。
According to the situation of no helix interpolation and the inconvenient processing of large-diameter-thread with the medium-level and low-level numerical control milling machine, this paper analyzes the commonly used manner of thread milling, selects an appropriate manner, realizes the large-diameter-thread milling by programming macro program, and this thereby improves the performance of the system of mediumlevel and low-level.
