摘要
采用沉井法施工深地坑具有施工场地小、工期短、造价低等特点。结合铍铜板带材车间熔铸地坑施工实例详细介绍沉井制作方法,质量控制,下沉过程中的速度控制、偏差原因和纠正方法以及下沉到位后的封底技术。为一些无法采用大开挖施工的深基坑工程提供一种可行的施工方法。
Sunk-well method used in the construction of deep pit has the merit of a small construction site, a short period, and low cost. Combination of examples of casting pit in workshop of beryllium copper coin strip,the sunk shaft manufacture method, quality control, speed control in the process of sinking, the causes of deviations and methods of correction and sealing techniques of sinking back in place are demonstrated, which provide a feasible method to solve the problem that deep foundation projects can not be fulfilled by way of large excavation.
