多晶硅制备方法及太阳能电池发展现状 被引量:3

摘要 为了降低太阳能级多晶硅生产成本,从而降低太阳能电池制造成本,促进太阳能光伏产业的发展。介绍了目前世界上多晶硅的制备方法及其优缺点,论述了多晶硅及太阳能电池的制备工艺方法和发展现状。国内生产表明,采用改良的西门子工艺技术生产的多晶硅纯度不高。根据中国太阳能电池产业发展中的问题,提出了多晶硅生产技术的发展趋势,即怎样改良技术进一步提高多晶硅纯度。 In order to reduce production costs of solar-grade polysilicon for reducing manufacturing costs of solar cells,and promote the development of solar photovohaic industry, polysilicon preparation methods in the world and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced,The preparation craft method of polycrystalline silicon and the development of the solar cell are introduced. Domestic product shows that the improvements are the use of Siemens technology, and the production has not reached high purity. According to the Chinese solar cell industry development issues, development trends of polysilicon production technology are proposed, that is, how to improve the technology for further enhance the polycrystalline purity.
