总结了在开拓运输平硐施工过程中取得的管理经验。从分析影响该矿运输平硐施工进度的因素着手,有针对性地介绍了该矿管理人员在地质条件复杂的情况下,采取的技术措施和管理手段,顺利贯通了1 924 m的运输平硐,保证了选厂投产运矿的需要。
The construction of 1 924 m long adit needed for ore transportation to beneficiation plant has been carried out under complicated geological conditions. Factors influencing adit construction speed are analyzed. Technical and management measures to ensure smooth construction and experiences obtained during management are explained.
