Cement fly ash gravel （CFG） pillar composite foundation possesses advantages such as high safety, reliability and practicability and low cost. The functional mechanism of CFG pillar composite foundation, its bearing capacity calculation method, technological requirement on its construction and its inspection procedures during construction are explained.
