摘要
构建了复合系统的协调度模型,从发展水平、发展效率、发展潜力、发展开放度和发展调控度等五个子系统设计了可持续发展指标体系,并就辽宁省1981-2006年的相关数据进行了实证分析。结果表明,辽宁省的可持续发展总体上还是处于非协调的状态,直接表现为协调度在较长时间内相对不高。
This paper constructs a model to calculate composite system＇s coordinating degree, establishes sustainable development system from five sub-systems of development level, development efficiency, development potentiality, development openness and development regulation, and makes an empirical analysis on Liaoning＇ s sustainable development from 1981 to 2006. There comes conclusion that Liaoning＇s sustainable development being not coordinated generally,which appears that coordinating degree＇s being not high within long period.
