摘要
为了有效评估侦察装备效能,根据灰色可靠性统计分析法拟合设备的维修率和故障率,运用多品质效用函数计算设备的侦察能力,结合WSEIAC评估模型,从而评估侦察装备的系统效能.以激光雷达侦察为例,对评估模型进行检验.根据合理假设检验了模型实用性,为提高侦察装备的效能找到可靠的途径,也为指挥员作出决策提供了依据.
Uses the method of grey reliability analysis to calculate the rate of maintaining and the rate of breaking, applies multi-quality effect function to calculate the probing ability of equipments. According to the WSEIAC model, evaluates the systematical efficiency of scouting equipments through analysing three main factors of efficiency evaluation. Taking the laser scouting radar as an example, according to the function of the laser scouting radar, divides it into laser telemeter, angle-measuring equipement and automatic tracing equipment, and appraises the model. Evaluates the practicablility of the model according to reasonable hypothesis, finds the reliable pathway to improve the efficieny of scouting equipement, and provides the basis to the decision-making of commander.
