This paper analyzes the current stares, development trends and existent problems in machinery manufacturing in- dustry and improves, consummates its training model, course system, teaching contents and approaches. Therefore, the graduates of mechanical engineering can meet the needs of modem machinery manufacturing industry in terms of knowledge structre, competence and quality.
