摘要
根据学生公寓建筑的特点,结合福建软土地基的地质情况,按强柱弱梁的抗震设计原则,应用概念设计的理念对结构柱网布置进行了合理的优化。通过2个结构布置方案计算结果的对比分析表明,按大开间布置柱网不但能满足强柱弱梁的设计原则,同时具有更好的经济效益。
The features of students' apartment buildings were explored in connection with the geology of soft soil foundation in Fujian. The arrangement of structural colunm network for multistoreyed students' apartment building on soft soil foundation was optimized in terms of concept design. The principle was to strengthen the bending resistance performance of columns in comparison to that of beams. The column bending resistance of two arrangement schemes of structural column network were compared. It is indicated that large-segment arrangement can implement the design principle with better economical returns.
