摘要
采用有限元方法对K5206NM压缩机机体进行了模态分析和振动响应分析,不仅获得了机体的固有频率和振型,还得出机体在动态工况下的位移、应力、速度及加速度变形云图,找到了机体结构的薄弱环节,并提出了相应的改进方案,为机体的结构设计改进提供理论依据。
Modal and forced vibration response analyses were conducted on the block of Model K5206NM compressor using finite element method (FEM). The modal parameters of the block ineluding natural frequencies and modal shapes were obtained. The displacement, stress, velocity and acceleration distribution under the dynamic working condition of the compressor were analyzed. The unsubstantial structures in the block were determined. The associate improvement scheme was presented. It is indicated that the result can improve the structural design of the compressor block.
