玉洁纯牙膏对乳牙防龋效果的临床研究

Clinical evaluation on effect in prevention of deciduous teeth caries by using triclosan toothpaste

目的观察和评价玉洁纯牙膏预防乳牙龋齿的临床效果。方法实验对象为幼儿园4.0～4.5岁幼儿。每位受试者经过3个月洗脱期后,实验组应用玉洁纯牙膏,对照组幼儿应用不含玉洁纯的空白牙膏,并分别对实验前、实验后6个月、1年、1.5年的龋面均的变化作一对比研究,以评价玉洁纯牙膏的防龋效果。结果实验前本研究中幼儿的患龋率为54.14%,在基线检查中,两组的龋面均无统计学差异;使用玉洁纯牙膏6个月两组龋面均无统计学差异,而1年、1.5年后,实验组新增龋面均均低于对照组(P<0.05);且随着应用时间的延长,新增龋面均的下降趋势越明显。结论玉洁纯牙膏能降低乳牙龋病的龋面均,对患病率高的幼儿乳牙,具有一定的防龋效果。

Objective The aim of this clinical study was to observe and evaluate the clinical effect in prevention of deciduous teeth caries by using triclosan toothpaste. Methods Children aged 4.0- 4.5 in kindergarten were chosen as subjects. They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to their toothpaste. After 3 - month elution period, every child was brushed with triclosan toothpaste or control paste respectively. Dmfs were examined on baseline, after 6 months, 12 month and 18 months. Results The incidence of childhood caries was 54.14%. At baseline, the caries states showed no difference between test group and control group, meanwhile , and there was no significant difference in dmftd between test group and control, but the change of drafts showed significant difference between these two groups both after application of triclosan toothpaste for 12 months and 18 months. Conclusion The application of triclosan toothpaste is efficient in prevention of caries of deciduous teeth.
