摘要
针对2008年探伤不合格钢板数据统计分析和取样分析的结果,对精炼、连铸、轧钢工序进行优化,对头坯、尾坯、钢板轧制压缩比进行优化轧制管理。改进措施实施后,2009年一季度探伤钢板合格率提高到98.87%,比2008年平均探伤合格率提高了3.38%。
Aiming at data statistic analysis of nonconformity plate in 2008 and sample analysis, the refining process, continual casting process and rolling process are optimized, which reduces the head billet and trail billet as short as possible and increases the plate rolling compression ratio. The yield of detected plate of the first quarter in 2009 has raised to 98.87% , which is 3.38% higher than that in 2008.
