摘要
通过对烧结机台车在运行中有明显顿挫,且电机电流过大出现自动停机等故障案例的分析,从中找出故障发生的机理,并进行对症处理,消除了设备隐患,保证了设备正常运行。
The mechanism of fault of the trolley has been found through fault analysis based on the trolley not running well and being stopped because of too large electronic current of the motor during running. Some measures have been taken to eliminate the hidden trouble, which ensures the equipment to operate normally.
