The coal mine pollution and the surface destruction are important source of pollution and one of dangerous sources, the coal mine optimization mining technology has the profound theory connotation and the utility value. Analyses that a large number of mining coal led to the mining area environmental deterioration, puts forward the necessity of applying optimizing mining technology in mine coal, elaborates the main contents of the principle.
