增强高校科技创新产出能力的对策探析

高校担负着人才培养、科学研究和服务社会的功能。在科技发展和竞争日趋激烈的今天,通过科技创新凸显其科学研究和服务社会的功能成为必然选择,高校通过建设发展具备了很强的科技创新实力,成为了我国科技创新的重要力量。但同时也应看到校企合作不畅、管理体制僵化、评价激励机制欠缺等制约科技创新的因素存在,应该加强校企合作,建立优化的评价激励机制,鼓励高校增强基础研究能力和科技成果转化能力,全面提升高校科技创新产出能力和服务社会的能力。

The universities serve the functions of talent cultivation, scientific research and serving for the society. At present, the science and technology develops and competes intensely, and the scientific innovation becomes the necessary choice for serving the function of scientific research and serving for the society. The universities possess the strong quality of scientific innovation, which has become the important force for scientific innovation in China. Some factors restrict the scientific innovation, such as unhealthy cooperation between school and enterprise, deficient management system and deficiency in the evaluation system. We should enhance the cooperation between school and enterprise, optimize the evaluation system and encourage the university to strengthen the ability of fundamental research and scientific output for comprehensively promoting the abilities of innovation output and serving for the society.
