休闲体育作为一种新的生活方式已经融入现代人的生活,作为培养高级人才的摇篮,高校有必要把这种理念和模式融入体育教育过程。根据学校实际,选择适宜休闲体育教育模式,将进一步开拓和丰富体育教育内容与资源,实现以学生为本,多视角、多方位、多途径培养大学生良好的体育意识、能力和习惯的目标,对于促进高校素质教育、终身体育教育和和谐社会建设都有着十分重要的意义。

Leisure sports as a new way of life has been integrated into modem life. As the cradle of cultivating higher talents, colleges and universities need to put this concept into the physical education and the process model. Selecting the appropriate mode of leisure physical education, we will further develop and enrich the physical education content and resources to achieve student -centered, multi -perspective, multi -direc- tional, multi - channel goal.
