上皮植入性虹膜囊肿30例临床观察与治疗

Clinical Observation and Treatment on 30 Cases of Epithelial Implantation Cyst of the Iris

目的探讨上皮植入性虹膜囊肿的发病原因、临床特点及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院1992年1月～1997年6月间收治的上皮植入性虹膜囊肿30例。结果继发于角膜穿通伤26例．爆炸伤2例，白内障摘除术后1例，穿通性角膜移植术后1例。其中2例术前行超声生物显微镜检查。7例行Nd：YAG激光治疗，不久均复发，改手术治疗。30例采用显微手术切除植入性虹膜囊肿，3例复发，术后随访时间6个月～5年。结论显微手术切除植入性虹膜囊肿，组织损伤小，复发率低。超声生物显微镜检查对本病的诊断及鉴别很有价值。

Objective To evaluate the ill state clinical characterization and treatment of epithelial implantation cyst of the iris. Methods 30 cases of epithelial implantation cyst of the iris from January 1992 to June 1997 were reviewed. Results 30 cases including penetrating injuries (26 eyes), explosive injuries (2 eyes ), penetrating keratoplasty (1 eyes), cataract extraction (1 eyes ), ultrasound biomicroscopy were performed in 2 cases. 7 cases were treated with Nd: YAG laser, they all recurred very soon, and underwent microsurgery at last. Microsurgical therapy were used in 30 cases, 3cases recurred.the follow - up period ranged from 6 months to 5 yeaars. Conclusion Microsurgery is the most effective treatment, and with less injury to the ocular tissue and lower recurrence rate. Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UMB) has showed typical imagement as an assistant examination in diagnose and distinguish of epithelial implantation cyst of the iris.
