摘要
通过对在铁路混凝土枕木上钻孔特点的分析,设计了一种新型的取芯式薄壁金刚石钻头。与目前使用的人工凿孔方法相比,采用这种薄壁金刚石钻头,不仅能顺利切割混凝土轨枕硫磺物,而且钻孔尺寸精确、表面光洁度高,对环境不产生污染;对钻机功率与加压能力要求不高,便于钻机小型化。
A new type of thin-wall diamond core drill bit is developed for replacing concrete sleeper bolts. In comparison with traditional ways, this thin-wall diamond core drill bit not only can drill concrete quickly but also can make sure the hole's size and smooth surface. In addition it doesn't pollute environment. The machine can be miniaturized because it needs less drilling power and pressure.
