摘要
混凝土搅拌站物料称量系统是整个混凝土搅拌站的核心部分,它的精度直接决定了搅拌混凝土的质量。针对传统PID控制存在超调量过大等问题,提出了积分分离式PID控制,并对普通PID控制和积分分离式PID控制分别采用MATLAB计算机仿真。仿真结果表明积分分离式PID控制能显著降低超调量,提高物料的称量精度,对提高混凝土的搅拌质量具有重要作用。
Material weighing system, as the core of a concrete mixing station, plays a most important role. Its precision directly determines the product quality. To solve the problem of oversized material caused by overshooting in traditional PID control, an integral separated PID control is put forward in this paper. Moreover, the computer simulation for traditional PID control and integral separated PID control is conducted using software MATLAB. The results obtained from the simulation indicate that the integral separated PID control can significantly reduce the overshooting and improve the accuracy for weighing material, and it also plays an important role for the quality improvement of concrete mixing.
