摘要
采用自制脉冲恒流电源,研究了缝纫机零部件(2A12)在低硫酸浓度下的脉冲恒流硬质阳极氧化工艺。研究了氧化液浓度、氧化温度与膜厚、显微硬度之间的关系以及氧化温度、氧化时间对氧化电压的影响,从而获得了硬质铝合金脉冲阳极氧化的最佳工艺方案。
The hardened anodic oxidation coating on sewing machine components(2A12)was investigated in different sulfuric acid density solutions with special apparatus. The relations between solution concentration, oxidation temperature and film thickness, microhardness were discussed, and the effect of oxidation temperature, oxidation time on oxidation voltage was studied. As a result, the optimal technical processes of hardening anode oxidation for 2A12 were attained.
