第二轨道外交:现实主义渊源与社会规范转向 被引量：5

摘要 "第二轨道外交"作为一个术语是在美苏冷战期间提出来的,带有明显的现实主义色彩;它以心理安全困境为理论出发点,是一轨外交的工具和补充。20世纪80—90年代,随着地区主义掀起新浪潮以及冷战结束,"第二轨道外交"研究出现了从现实主义到社会规范研究纲领的转向;它以互动、观念、规范和身份为核心概念,以经济和安全为核心议题,探讨第二轨道外交对地区规范和身份的建构作用。虽然"第二轨道外交"研究迄今已取得重大进展,但仍然存在理论研究匮乏、研究议题狭窄等比较明显的问题。随着"第二轨道外交"重要性和自主性的不断提高,加强相关研究已成为迫切的现实需要。
