摘要
"泛珠三角"旅游协作的关键在于实施旅游人力资源区域共享战略。实施这一战略是"泛珠三角"区域旅游协作的必然要求,是实现区域整合的必由之路。实施这一战略的途径是:启动区域人才资源开发的整体规划编制,制定旅游人力资源区域共享的政策法规,建立畅通的旅游人才信息网络平台,积极推进高校旅游教师资源共享和搞好旅游人力资源的区域分配协调。
The key to Tourism cooperation in Pan-Pearl River Delta is the implementation of regional tourism human resources sharing strategy. This strategy is necesssary to regional tourism cooperation and integration. The approaches to this strategy are to start the overall planning for regional human resources development, to draw up policies and regulations shared by the region, to set up free network platform of tourism talents information, to promote the sharing of colleges and universities teachers resources and to well coordinate the distribution of tourism huamn resources in the region.
