摘要
在高等教育大众化进程中,新建本科院校存在青年教师在教师队伍中所占比重偏高的现象。高校教师职业生涯的发展是有阶段性的,在教师职业生涯的不同发展时期,有着不同的职业生涯开发与管理任务,需要不同的具体开发与管理策略。应从个人和组织角度实施职业生涯管理制度,加强中青年教师的培养,促进中青年教师尽快成长,从而实现学校和中青年教师的共同发展。
In the process of popularizing higher education, the amount of young teahcers is becoming larger in newly-built universities. College teachers career develops in stages. In different stages, the task of career development and management is different and different strategies are needed. In order to realize the common development of young teachers and universities, young teachers should be trained to grow up quickly and the career management should be implemented from the perspectives of individuals and the collective.
