六味银杏胶囊对血管痴呆型大鼠一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响

The Effect of Liuwei Yinxing Capsule on the Contents of Nitrogen Monoxide and Activity of Nitricoxide Synthase in Rats Models of Vascular Dementia

目的:观察六味银杏胶囊对血管痴呆型(VD)大鼠一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法:通过反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普钠制造血管性痴呆大鼠模型,治疗后,进行跳台测试,测定大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮含量和一氧化氮合酶活性。结果:模型组学习记忆能力明显低于各给药组,脑组织NO含量和NOS活性明显增高。结论:六味银杏胶囊能改善血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与降低血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织中NO含量及NOS活性有关。

Objective：To observe effect of liuwei yinxing capsule on the contents of nitrogen monoxide （NO） and activity of nitricoxide synthase （NOS） in rats models of vascular dementia . Methods：Established vascular dementia rats models in common carotid artery re- peatedly occlusion and Sodium Nitroprusside intraperitoneal injection, All rats were tested after curing, the contents of NO and the ac- tivity of NOS were determined in brain tissue. Results ： The learning and memory of model group were lower than other groups, the contents of NO and the activity of NOS in brain tissue were significantly higher . Conclusions ： liuwei yinxing capsule could improve the learning and memory, reuce content of NO and activity of NOS in VD rats.
