丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

The Chinical Research of Danshen and Chuanxiongzine Injection on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:研究丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将67例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注,对照组采取葛根素静脉滴注治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:二组疗效对比,有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组效果明显优于对照组;结论:静滴丹参川芎嗪治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective ： To study and research the clinical curative effect of danshen and chuanxiongzine injection to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods ： 67 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment was treated in danshen and chuanxiongzine injection and the control treated in puerarin injection. Results ： the curative effect was better in treatment than control. There was significant deviation （ p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Danshen and chuanxiongzine injection has significant curative effect to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
