滋肾骨康丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Zishen Gukang Pills on the Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的:观察应用滋肾骨康丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:膝关节骨性关节炎病人100例随机分为治疗组(滋肾骨康丸)50例,口服滋肾骨康丸,对照组(骨刺片)50例,口服骨刺片,1月后观察临床疗效,对两组的临床疗效和复发率进行分析比较。结果:治疗组用药后的症状体征评分有较明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组的有效率为94.0%,而对照组的有效率为86.0%,两组间疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组的远期复发率为16.0%,明显优于对照组的22.0%。结论:滋肾骨康丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the osteoarthritis treated with oral Zishen Gukang Wan. Methods ：100 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 50） and the control group（ n = 50）, the treatment group were treated with Zishen Gukang Pills, 6 g one time, 3 times one day, and the control group were treated with Guci Pian, 3 tablets one time, 3 times one day. Clinical effect was observed after one month, then clinical effect and recurrence rate were compared. Results ： Clinical symptoms of gonarthritis were improved significantly in treatment group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. But the total efficiency rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, the control group was 86.0%. The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group with a statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）. And the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.0% which was lower than the control group （22.0%）. Conclusion： Zishen Gukang Pills is a good way for osteoarthritis of the knee with low recurrence rate.
