中医辨证治疗变应性鼻炎36例

The Curative Effect Observation of Chinese Medical Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs on Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组36例采用中医辨证治疗,对照组以扑尔敏、鼻炎康联合治疗。结果:治疗组有效率94.5%,显效率83.4%;对照组有效率69.4%,显效率47.2%,经统计学处理,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性鼻炎疗效确切,并优于西药治疗。

Objective： to observe clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods ： the Teldrin and prescription for rhinitis was used in the study and randomly and control clinical trial was used. Treatment was 36 cases and control was 36 cases. Results： the total effective rate was 94.5% and the total excellence rate was 83.4% in the treatment and total effective rate was 69.4% and the total excellence rate was 47.2% in the control. There was better effect in treatment than control（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medical differentiation of symptoms and signs has the certain effect to treat chronic allergic rhinitis.
