中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征21例疗效观察

Treating 21 Cases of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with Combination of Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法:21例患者自月经周期第5天应用克罗米芬,连服5d停药,继服中药排卵汤(当归、丹参、桃仁、赤芍、皂刺、香附、菟丝子、羌活、甘草),7d为1疗程。结果:21例患者,有效率为90.4%。结论:中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective ： to observe the clinical effect of combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods： 21 cases were treated in clomiphene beginning five days in menstrual cycle and lasting five days and the decoction for ovulation also used. 7 days was 1 course of treatment. Results： the total effective rate was 90.4%. Conclusion： the combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine had the certain and safe effect to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome.
