ｃｏａｔｓ病是一种少见的视网膜病。其以视网膜内侧血管增生、扩张及视网膜内、下血浆渗出，胆固醇沉着为病变特征。本文报告４例，并结合文献对其临床、病理特点和治疗等进行了讨论。拟对临床早期诊断。
