摘要
本文从EPC工程总承包中存在的问题着手,介绍了客户导向的质量管理体系的特点及其在总承包设计管理中的运用,以资借鉴。
Through the problems existing in the EPC engineering general contract, this paper introduces the characters of client-guided quality management system and its application in general contract design management. It can be used for reference.
